  • Commissions & Personalized Orders
    Custom and personalized orders are possible with exceptions. Contact us using contact form and share your request.
  • What is the return policy for purchases made at Kalamasa?
    we want our customers to be happy with their abstract paintings. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Buyers need to pay for return shipping, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition. If it's not in the same condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. This policy keeps our collection's quality high.
  • What is the refund policy for purchases made at Kalamasa?
    The purchase of the artwork are considered final and non-refundable, unless If the original artwork arrived damaged, or was misrepresented, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. All return shipments must be shipped in their original packaging, or something similar with the original packaging in case the original packaging was damaged, with proper handle and care (including all accompanying documents, if there's any, with the order). All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing. To start a Return and Refund Request, please use the Contact Us Form on our website. Please note: Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.
  • What is the cancellation policy for purchases made at Kalamasa?
    Cancellations: not accepted Please contact the website if you have any problems with your order.
  • Customs and import taxes Policy
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Will my payment and transaction secure?
    Yes, besides Paypal, we are also working with Hitpay as our payment gateway. Our Hitpay online payment system employs advanced security measures, including encryption and compliance with industry standards like PCI DSS, to ensure the security of your transactions and data.
  • Which payment method accepted?
    We supports various payment methods, including Paypal, credit and debit cards (Visa & Mastercard). We are using Hitpay as our Payment Gateway to process your payment securely.
  • How does shipping work and how long does it take for the artwork to arrive?
    We provide free international shipping (except to China). Your art is shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia using either EMS or the Indonesian Export Post. Usually, it takes 7 to 14 days to arrive, depending on where you live. Keep in mind, these times are estimates and can change. Once your order ships, we'll give you a tracking number so you can check the delivery status. We aim to ensure your unique abstract painting arrives safely and quickly.
  • How long does it take to process and ship an order?
    At Kalamasa, we pride ourselves on ensuring that each piece of art reaches you in the best condition. After your purchase is accepted by our payment provider, we require 1-4 days to process your order. During this period, we carefully prepare and package your artwork, ensuring it undergoes thorough quality checks to maintain our high standards. Once your order is ready, we will proceed with shipping and notify you by sending a tracking number. Rest assured, our aim is to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience from purchase to delivery.
  • How will my artwork be shipped?
    Unless specified otherwise in the product listings, by default your painting or artwork will arrive without frame and rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by your local framer upon arrival.
  • What are the Shipping Timelines I Can Expect?
    Original paintings usually arrive within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from time of shipping, depending on the origin and destination of the artwork as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the work is shipped internationally. From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between seven (7) to ten (14) business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance. Common Reasons for Delivery Delays If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional 2 - 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information. While we do our best to provide a seamless export and import experience, in some cases additional information/action may be needed from you to complete delivery as you are the listed importer for the shipment. Depending on where your artwork is shipping from and where it's shipping to, there are some instances in which customs or the courier may need to be in direct contact with you as the natural or legal recipient of the shipment.
